Acial focuses on the quality of its recruitment and makes its consultants’ talent bloom


Acial recruits between 30 and 40 Tests Consultants a year, on a long term-basis, and give them a tailored training.

In order to choose the best candidates, human resources services conduct at least three interviews per person. Our recruitment criteria are demanding and clear:

  • A Master’s degree is the minimal required background (Engineering and Management Schools, Master’s degree)
  • High analytical skills and rigor (logical tests will be held)
  • Oral and written communication skills (French and English tests)
  • A real motivation for testing and software quality
  • Knowledge tests will be held for senior consultants
